2. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (text, images, logo, design) belongs to or is licensed to Morex Gayrimenkul and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without permission.
3. User Obligations
You confirm that information submitted through our forms is accurate. You may not use the site for unlawful purposes or in a way that disrupts its operation.
4. Limitation of Liability
Morex Gayrimenkul is not liable for errors or omissions in listing information, or for the content of third-party links. Transactions become binding only through direct agreement with the relevant consultant.
5. Changes
These terms may be updated without prior notice; the current version is always published on this page.
6. Real Estate Trade Regulation and EİDS
This site is in the process of integrating with the Ministry of Trade's Electronic Listing Verification System (EİDS) under the Real Estate Trade Regulation. Listings are verified with parcel/plot numbers and title deed records. Listings marked 'No Title Deed' (Tapum Yok) refer to properties without title deed records. Complaints and requests are evaluated under Article 12/2-d of the Real Estate Trade Regulation.
7. Price Manipulation Prohibition
Under the Real Estate Trade Regulation and Law No. 6563, displaying misleadingly low or high prices, or repeatedly updating prices for manipulation purposes, is prohibited. Listing prices must reflect the actual sale/rental price.
